Terms of using the website and buying from Maron System
1. General
Using the Maron System website (Maron Software Development Company, registration no. 611698) and buying its products and subscriptions means you accept these terms.
2. Account
Sign-in and sign-up use your mobile number and a one-time code. You are responsible for access to your mobile number and the accuracy of your account information.
3. Purchase and payment
Prices are shown in Toman including VAT. Payments are made through the secure Zarinpal gateway and the invoice is available in your account after a successful payment.
4. Subscriptions
Each subscription is active for the selected period and you are reminded by SMS before it ends. Renewal is done by paying for the next period.
5. Support
Support requests are handled through tickets in your account or the channels on the contact page.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Buyers of a subscription or a downloadable product may cancel within 7 days of payment by opening a ticket, provided the service has not been used or the file has not been downloaded; the payment is refunded within 7 working days. For custom services (design and development) cancellation and refunds follow the project contract.
7. Intellectual property
All rights to the software, content and design of this website belong to Maron Software Development Company.
8. Changes
The company may update these terms; the new version applies from the time it is published on this page.
