Under the site terms, buyers of a subscription or a downloadable product can request cancellation by ticket within 7 days of payment and the amount is refunded within 7 working days. Custom services follow the terms of their project contract.

Yes. You can change the plan or billing period when renewing, or by opening a ticket from your account.

Access is paused until you renew, but your data is not deleted and becomes available again after renewal.

No separate registration is needed: you sign in with your mobile number and a one-time SMS code and your account is created.

After payment, licence keys and downloadable files are available under «Orders» and «Downloads» in your account.

For failed payments, Zarinpal usually returns the amount to your card within 72 hours. If it doesn't, open a ticket with the tracking code and we will follow it up.
